Our services begin with consulting on plan design, implementation and renewal services. We are available to conduct enrollment and information meetings with the employees of a group. However, our services don't end there. Employees and, in particular, the Human Resources Staff need the ability to contact someone with ongoing concerns and questions. Our staff includes nine customer service representatives that are available to assist with enrollment or claims problems and concerns.
To further help our client groups, we have built and maintain a system that allows for consolidated billing statements and customized management reports. Our consolidated billing statements are the perfect tool for a group to use in order to reduce the time spent reconciling each carrier's premium invoices. Our customized management reports allow our clients to receive the information on their plans' costs in a format that fits their accounting needs.
